An effective tool is to use an ability that we all possess, called 'felt-sense'. It is an inward focusing on the subtle tensions, nuances and impressions that are hidden in the body. An inward focusing on our 'felt-sense' brings it to the threshold of our awareness so we can inquire into and heal any sense of separation or duality.
